The evening of May 7, 2011 was a special night in the history of the NMSA. We proudly hosted our Inaugural Gala at the Silver Legacy. Our hopes were met, as the Nevada Military Support Alliance Gala was one of the regions highest profile and significant events in 2011, raising more than $500,000.00 to support the Mission of the Nevada Military Support Alliance. We were honored to have General Bryan D. “Doug” Brown, the former commander of the United States Special Operations Command as our special guest speaker. General Brown offered a candid and enthralling account of his experience in Special Operations. The wonderful evening also concluded the recognition of Fatih and Eren Ozmen and the Sierra Nevada Corporation for the commitment to our country’s fighting men and women.
